Do you have a storefront?
A: Not yet, but we’re expanding our reach across Pasco and Hillsborough County through local markets and exciting partnerships! Stay tuned—our journey is just getting started!
How does your weekly menu work? Can I order a flavor that’s not on this week’s menu?
- A: We offer a rotating menu of Tres Leches flavors in our large (13×9) and medium (8×8) trays! Our traditional flavor is always available, while Pistachio and Cookies n’ Cream alternate weekly, and we introduce two new flavors every week. A day’s notice is required for large and medium trays.
- Delivery days are Wednesday and Friday. As our business grows, we will add more delivery days to our schedule. For now, this is a one-woman show, and I appreciate your support!
- We operate with limited availability each week to ensure the highest quality, as every Tres Leches is made fresh and prepared with care. Orders are first come, first served! Unfortunately, due to ingredient availability and demand, we can’t accommodate flavor requests outside of the weekly menu. But don’t worry—flavors rotate every week, so your favorite might be coming up soon!
What about catering orders? Who can I contact for more information?
A: Catering is separate from our weekly menu and available on demand. We require at least one week’s notice for catering orders to ensure we provide the best experience for your event! What is your payment and cancellation policy?
- A: Full payment is required upfront to secure your order, and all sales are final. Due to our rotating menu and careful ingredient planning, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds.
- If you placed an order by mistake, please call us immediately at 352-346-1604—we’ll do our best to assist you within one hour of ordering.
Can I customize my Tres Leches cake?
A: We do not offer customizations at this time, as we focus on crafting our signature flavors with carefully selected ingredients. However, each Tres Leches cake is beautifully decorated with toppings that complement the weekly flavors and elegantly wrapped—making them a perfect gift!
Do you offer delivery? Can I pick up my order instead?
- A: Yes! I offer delivery to Hillsborough and Pasco County for a $10 fee, with free delivery on orders over $100. Orders outside of these counties will have an additional delivery fee based on distance.
- Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free in Dade City, FL (15029 14th St, Dade City, FL 33523). Advanced notice is required to arrange pickup. Since we are currently testing the pickup option, our process may change depending on manpower and business growth. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve!
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
- A: Yes! Dietary accommodations are available on demand, just like our catering orders. If you have specific allergy or dietary needs, please reach out before placing your order. We require at least one week’s notice to ensure we can source the right ingredients and prepare your Tres Leches safely.
- Please note: While we take great care in accommodating allergies, our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
